Admit it. You always wanted to be that camper whose iPod (or burned CD) was blasting in the speakers of your bunk 24/7. The camper who was turned into DJ during cleanup, rest hour, shower hour, and any other moment where background music was necessary. I know I aspired to be this camper, but I always managed to have the lamest music out of the bunch- even when I was a counselor. To assure this never happens to your children, the Summer 365 team has come up with the ultimate playlist for the summer of 2015; to be downloaded onto the approved iPod Nano/shuffle or MP3 player, of course. We predict these tunes will be hits this summer, and are the songs that will make your camper dance, laugh, cry, and forever remind them of summer ’15. Give ‘em a listen!

This soulful song is perfect to relax to during rest hour, or to listen to as background music while completing your summer reading.
14. Flashlight by Jessie J
Recently debuted in Pitch perfect 2, this slow tune is also ideal for relaxation and may prompt campers to whip out their flashlights at bedtime when it’s time for lights out. Anyone else have bets that this song will be the go-to for campers to show off their singing in the talent show?
13. Hey Mama (feat. Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha & Afrojack) by David Guetta
In a dancing mood? This is the perfect song to listen to. The collaboration between Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha, and Afrojack combines an electronic beat and rap verses with an addicting chorus to create the ultimate track appropriate for any dance party that will break out in the bunk.

Justin Bieber has come out of hiding to bring you this awesome new song that puts a unique twist on what we have all come to expect from the Biebs. Ideal background music for swim, boating, or downtime in the bunk.

With a dance-y yet laidback beat, this song is perfect for morning clean up. We can’t guarantee it will help you pass inspection, however!

Cheerleader is a relaxing tune ideal for bunk time, with its catchy lyrics and beat that are bound to have everyone singing along.

Jason Derulo has done it again. He has produced hit song after hit song, and this one is surely not left behind. This is the quintessential pop songs that will get every camper through the summer.

The perfect song to lip sync to, Lips are Movin’ is bound to be the most repeated song on MTV night.

Happy is the perfect word to describe this song. This is the ultimate song to uplift any bad mood that may arise throughout the summer.

This song combines the typical vibes of Taylor Swift with the beats of the more laid-back rapper Kendrick Lamar to create the ultimate song to sing along to in the bunk or to dance to at a social.

Number one because this song works for almost every occasion. Show hour? Check. Name that tune? Check. Your counselor blasting music in your ear in attempt to wake you up? Check.
